Paul contracts with his employer that he will receive a salary of £38,000 per annum plus a cash payment of £25,000 at the end of the year which will not be declared, thereby avoiding tax. Paul's employer has now refused to pay him the £25,000. Can Paul take legal action to enforce the payment of £25,000?
