Because of the [ CENSORED ] virus, many people in nursing homes are not able to visit their families face-to-face this holiday season. Most have not been able do so for several months now as the elderly are especially susceptible to the disease.
Please type an ANONYMOUS letter 1 paragraph (6 sentences) to a person (keep it generic as there is no way to deliver it to a specific person) in a nursing home wishing them a Merry Christmas and/or a Happy Holiday.
I will print these off and take them to the nursing home so please use your VERY BEST punctuation and grammar before submitting.
Ideas:
Feel free to tell them what you want for Christmas, what your favorite subject is in school, or what your favorite thing to eat at Christmas is. You can talk about your favorite thing to do when it gets cold outside and any plans you have for Christmas. Try to stay uplifting & positive.
