¿Qué opinas con respecto al sistema de legalidad con respecto a los derechos fundamentales?

Español: Los Derechos Fundamentales protegen las libertades y la libertad de los ciudadanos contra cualquier ataque del Estado e impiden el establecimiento de un gobierno autoritario y dictatorial en el país específico. Son muy importantes y es inaceptable que algunas personas no los sigan y realmente debería haber una manera de lograr que la gente los siga pase lo que pase, debido al hecho de que se supone que los países son democracias.

English: Fundamental Rights protect the liberties and freedom of the citizens against any attacks by the state, and prevent the establishment of the authoritarian and dictatorial rule in the specific country. They are very significant  and is unacceptable that some people aren't following them and there really should be a way to get people to follow them no matter what, due to the fact that countries are supposed to be democracies.
