JBHIFI sells Ms. Solomons the TV you recommended but after only 3 months the
screen has stopped working although the sound still works. Ms Solornons
approaches JBHIFI for a replacement or refund, but JBHIFI refuses because they
think Ms Solomons is trying to scam them or possibly damaged the TV herself.
