Should health and human service workers share their own cultural background with clients?

Human service professionals recognize and build on client and community strengths, So naturally the workers should , and may already have  a legal right to be able to show their diversity and be able to express their cultural backgrounds.

Explanation:

The clients are able to show their diversity , and the Clients are able to trust the worker that he/she will not have a bias on it, or exploit it in any manner, and workers have the same right.

-yes, because they are violating other people's human rights, so why should they get their's and other's don't?

2. do you feel that this labeling would be an infringement on a person's rights?

-yes it does technically but they lose the right to be human when they rap.e people of everything they have.
