Explanation:

Bench: In the United States, a bench is usually where a Judge sits to adjudicate on a criminal matter. The judge sits behind a long desk and a chair with the flags of appropriate governmental bodies. A judge usually wears a black robe and this is based on the requirement of various states.

Bar: The bar is a demarcation, usually a barrier that separates the courtroom into two sections. Lying next to the Judge is a witness stand and a desk specifically for the Court Clerk and reporter. On the right or left-hand side of the Judge, depending on the arrangement of various states has separate tables where the Prosecutor, Defense Attorney, Victim, and Public Offender sit. The bar is only meant for lawyers and only they can stand on the podium to address the judge.

Jury Box: A jury consists of a group of individuals in a Criminal matter usually involved in the just determination of a Criminal case.

Gallery: This is beside the bar and this is where the general public sit as they witness the Proceedings.

In addition to the above, a Criminal Court entertains offences committed against the state.

-yes, because they are violating other people's human rights, so why should they get their's and other's don't?

-yes it does technically but they lose the right to be human when they rap.e people of everything they have.
