this shows that contemporary laws influence actually several parts of law.

but, according to google- the primary sources of law in the United States are the united states constitution, state constitutions, federal and state statutes, common law, case law, and administrative law.

using contemporary law is like using something as a reference for cases. questions such as "how did they sentence them back them?" using this question is very powerful.

interpreting law is so complex, they need to see what the laws and previous cases did beforehand.

i think it can have both positive and negative effects on businesses.

for example:

lets say you own a small business and taxes go up 4% that means it is going to cost your business more money to buy product to sell. but at the same time you make more money from the tax rise.

that is my theory.

1. should those convicted of violating laws be labeled?

-yes, because they are violating other people's human rights, so why should they get their's and other's don't?

2. do you feel that this labeling would be an infringement on a person's rights?

-yes it does technically but they lose the right to be human when they rap.e people of everything they have.
