The sixth amendment says that a person who is accused of a crime has the right to a jury trial. in a jury trial, regular citizens determine if the accused person is guilty or not guilty. which of the following might happen if citizens did not have this right? a- the government might be able to send an accused person to jail for unfair reasons. b- it might be easier for suspects who are guilty of crimes to win their cases and go free. c- police might not be able to arrest suspects for crimes, even if they had proper evidence. d- it might be impossible to keep records of everything that was said during the course of a trial.
