Why do many nations in africa struggle with poverty despite an abundance of natural resources? the resources are distributed unevenly throughout the continent. they do not have enough people to access the resources. nations are unwilling to export and trade the resources. they do not understand the value of the resources. (literally giving all my points for this question. you could just answer this one or you could be nice and answer my other history questions. you)
