i. Silla unification lasted for much larger extent of time than  Koryo’s unification.
ii. Silla achieved unification after defeating tang while Koryo attained unification after defeating Sui dynasty.

Rise of Kingdom began with the confederacy of Chiefdom of Samhan with Sui China and later with Tang China. Because of its greatness in art, culture, and poetry, it can’t be denied that it survived for such a long period.
Koryo was also a Korean Kingdom established somewhat in 918 during the era of “Later Three Kingdom” and has achieved that is called a “True unification”. It was another well established and prosperous empire after Silla. The administration of the kingdom was under the influence of the powerful warrior and military generals. Â
