When writing the constitution, why did the founding fathers most likely allow for an amendment process? a) they feared future leaders would void the entire document, so they allowed parts to be changed. b) they believed if they did not allow amendments to be made, other countries would become more powerful. eliminate c) they understood the constitution contained flaws that would need to changed as society changed and time passed. d) they knew future lawmakers may not agree with the words of the constitution, so this allows it to be changed after every presidential election.
