Why do golf courses have "poor environmental reputations", and how does acsp address that?

The golf courses have poor environmental reputations because of the amount of fertilizer, pesticides and water in which are disproportionate in the golf courses. The ACSP has addressed with the matter by developing the courses that will be of help with the situation.
