The British army led the war from the other side of the Atlantic, having communication and logistic problems, its main problem was the food supply and basic supplies. This army tried to make a different war because the Americans were rebellious and strong. The vast territory made difficult the British army and decided that the war would be a confrontation with the American army through a battle.
