In "True Justice" one of Mr. Stevenson's clients Anthony Ray Hinton discusses his arrest. When he was arrested the police officer told him that he would have a white judge, a white jury and a white man
was going to testify that Mr. Hinton killed a man. According to what we discussed this year the
Constitution says that everyone is entitled to due process including a fair trial and impartial jury. Were
these rights applied to Mr. Hinton?
