Should the US require voter IDs in order to vote? If so, why (especially since there is very little evidence that voter fraud is rampant in our democracy...). And what would it take for you to think that such laws are unnecessary? If not, why not? And what would it take for you to say that there should be some kind of voter ID requirement? In other words, how much voter fraud should we tolerate before requiring voter IDs? For a memo plsss
