Define what human rights and their violation

A human rights violation is the disallowance of the freedom of thought and movement to which all humans legally have a right. While individuals can violate these rights, the leadership or government of civilization most often belittles marginalized persons.

Human rights are moral principles or norms for certain standards of human behaviour and are regularly protected in municipal and international law. A country's failure to act against abuses by private individuals, such as domestic violence, can itself be a human rights violation. However, when governments are responsible for human rights violations, these protections are often inadequate.
