What do you think Malcolm X meant by “any means necessary”?

a direct vote in which an entire electorate is invited to vote on a particular proposal. this may result in the adoption of a new law.

the eop relieves the president of the duty of serving as commander in chief. the also eop reduces the president's ability to appoint staff and advisers.
