Ok I am assuming you meant who is the most powerful person in the whole united states and I would say that there is no single person that is considered the most powerful and if there was well then the united states would be a dictatorship or a monarchy. I already know that most people would say the president but that would not be true for many reasons. One, the president although he is the person that represents our country he is not all powerful. there are plenty of governmental powers that can stop the presidents action. Two, the president does not work alone because he has a cabinet in which if they cannot agree on something then the president cannot make the decision solely on his own opinion.
