Why has increasing farm production failed to prevent malnutrition and famine in developing nations?
a. most of those increases in agriculture are cash crops reserved for export.
b. farms are owned and worked by a small fraction of the population
c. people would rather eat nutritious foods imported from developed nations
d. state-run economies ensure the lower classes cannot afford food.
