How did mexico’s government change after the revolution?

Currently there is no consensus on when the revolutionary process ended. Some sources place it in 1917, with the proclamation of the Mexican Constitution, some others in 1920 with the presidency of Adolfo de la Huerta or in 1924 with that of Plutarco Elías Calles, and there are even some who say that the process extended to the 1940s

The Mexican Revolution led to several social changes. In the first place, the Porfirian leaders lost political power, although they maintained economic power, and the middle classes entered the public administration. "It is the moment when the bureaucrat, the official, the leader are born." The army opened the sociopolitical system and became the main institution of the Revolution. The new ruling class increased its economic power through real estate ownership and some businesses. However, they did not become a bourgeoisie that invested their capital in the long term but rather accumulated real estate and spent in entertainment and ostentation.
