Lake roosevelt lies on my eastern borer and i'm named after washington first state governor

The first governor of Washington was Elisha Peyre Ferry.  The Eastern border of Ferry County is Lake Roosevelt.  The Kettle River Range also lies just west of Lake Roosevelt but was not named after Governor Ferry.
