What do you think each person in the image is feeling or thinking at this moment in time?

They feel sadness for something they can not control and anger because of the unfair treatment they are facing , the police most likely feel maybe a little sad but at the same time no because they are going through with the punishment. Some of the police men might feel joy or amusment or hatred towards them.
 Those are my thoughts
