Yes I truly do believe that all incidents including injuries can be prevented, it can be prevented by people being more cautious and prudent with the actions they take. Most of the time injuries are caused by a particular person playing around or acting a bit foolish. It doesn’t mean you have to not have fun, it just means be careful and think ahead of your actions that way you stay safe and without an injury.
