2. Alphonso I is the ruler of Andaloria. His kingdom is in a period of upheaval. The serfs are claiming that it is their God-given right to govern themselves by electing representatives and elections every two years. Alphonso’s response is “Hogwash!” He claims that he is ruler by the will of God and who are they to question his right to the throne and leadership. He goes on to round up the serf leaders and places them in prison. He plans to tickle them to death for questioning his authority, hoping to set an example for the rest of the kingdom. He also has instructed the oompa loompas to go forth and collect the annual taxes from the serfs to raise funds for his personal bounce house.
