No, not even close. The Egyptian civilization thrived from  3,000-1,000 BC (these are extremely rough dates. They existed before this and were conquered only by Alexander in the late 4th century). The Mayans thrived  200-900 AD, while the Aztecs dominated Central America from the early 14th century AD until the Spanish conquered them in 1521
