Describe the features of the Behistan Inscript

The Behistun Inscription is a relief with accompanying text carved 330 feet (100 meters) up a cliff in Kermanshah Province, Western Iran.

a direct vote in which an entire electorate is invited to vote on a particular proposal. this may result in the adoption of a new law.
