Can someone please help me?

from bottom left to top right, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware (the tiny sliver), Pennsylvania,  New Jersey(the smaller piece), New York,

now into the smaller pieces; Connecticut- small box on the  left, to the right is Rhode Island, above them both is Massachusetts, above that is New Hampshire, and the very top is Maine.
