I hardly get any sleep but when I do there are small bench-like areas in the trench. All we see in front of us is No Man's Land where there's nothing but death all around. One of the men has Trench Foot as he took off his sock, his skin peeled with it. War is hell, but they said we'd be back by Christmas.
