Your Assignment For this activity, you will be writing a three-paragraph essay on the topic: Evaluate the arguments for and against outsourcing.
Choose a prewrite or brainstorming activity to come up with ideas for and against outsourcing. (You might choose to make a T-chart for this activity.)
Think of a hook to get your essay started.
Develop a strong Thesis Statement that includes the information you will have in each of your Topic Sentences.
Develop Topic Sentences for each of your body paragraphs.
Develop three supporting ideas for each Topic Sentence, keeping in mind the concepts of cause and effect or logical progression, and remembering to use quotes and evidence to develop your arguments.
Write a conclusion that links your essay back to your Thesis Statement and also includes your opinion about outsourcing and a call to action.
