Adolf Hitler was seen as such a bad person due to his actions. He is the one who began the holocaust, which caused millions of deaths to Jewish residents in Germany and the surrounding areas. The concept of country-wide genocide determined by someone's religion was considered awful. This is the reason I believe he's seen as such an awful person.
