Why the church is one, holy catholic and apostolic?

There is only one united church, whose teachings are based on the teachings of Jesus Christ. It is holy because Jesus Christ is at its head, it is Catholic because it is universal. It has a task to reach everyone. It is apostolic because it has based it beliefs on the works of apostles, the disciples of Jesus Christ.
