I think that owning wild animals isn’t a great idea. they have their own space that they need to be to live and fully develop. if they aren’t in that area, it can end up being a bad habit for them to live in.

Owning wild animals has some interesting features, but there are also down sides to having them as a pet. Having a wild animal as a pet can be interesting because they have personalities that many house pets may not have. They can exhibit traits that your dog or cat may not which makes it fun and interesting. While owning a wild animal could be fun, they also prove to have some issues. Those issues being medical care and just care or the animal in general. Most vets won’t take certain animals as a primary animal care because they aren’t trained for the care taking of said animal. Another thing is that most pet stores (depending on the animal) may not carry the products you need to care for the wild animal and even online retailers may not carry those products making caring for a wild animal very difficult and frustrating. Owning a wild animal maybe a fun and interesting experience, but it’s difficult and frustrating along with being hard on the animal if they were to receive medical treatment.
