Geraldine Black doesn't have much money. She doesn't have a
fancy
house. In fact, she has put off buying a new car for several years. But
that doesn't bother Geraldine. She has better things to do with her
income. As Loving Paws Shelter's best foster caretaker, she takes in
newborn kittens who are too young to be adopted. She takes the
kittens into her home and cares for them. She pays for all of their
expenses, including medical, out of her own pocket. Geraldine says
that helping a living thing is more important than driving a new car. We
can all learn a lesson in compassion from this marvelous woman.
