When we say BLM, or any life really, we are not saying that other lives do not matter. Black lives matter, but so do all lives. Police is treating black lives as dispensable and that is why BLM was formed. Yes other lives are dying and that is terrible but we aren't saying to save only black lives. It's just that one area needs our attention right now.

White supremacy is a way of keeping white, specifically men, in charge of important decisions and at the head of our economy and country. It silences many parts of society.
