Imagine that you are the defendant in a trial where you are being charged with burglary. You are innocent and yet there is a great deal of evidence that makes you look like you are guilty of the crime. You are being held in jail for the duration of the trial. Write a letter to your parents during the first day of deliberation. Think about the kind of things that you might be feeling while the jurors are deciding your fate. Look back through the course at the lesson on the Constitution and refer to parts of the constitution that you think will help your case or that you think might have hurt your case. Must be at least 350 words.
