Max turned 18 in 1968. When he turned 18, he received a notice in the mail that he had been drafted to the US Army and would be shipped off to fight in Vietnam. Max was furious with this decision and decided to protest in the street with his friends. Their protest was based on the face that they shouldn't have to fight if they didn't have the right to vote. When Max's brother Sean turn 18 in 1972, he did have the right to vote, and cast his vote for Richard Nixon, who would become the next President. What amendment gave Sean the right to vote?
