In all criminal prosecutions, the accused have the right to a quick and public trial.

Amendment seven: Civil trials

In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Amendment Eight: Further guarantees in criminal cases

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishment.

Amendment nine: Unenumerated rights

The enumerated in the constitution, of certain rights, should not be made to obstruct or deny the people.

Amendment ten: Reserved Powers

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
