What are two ways that we still see Spanish influence around us in Texas

One way we will still see Spanish influence around Texas is the fact that Texas and Mexico are bordering each other. Large amounts of people are moving from Mexico to Texas considering the easy move, and great economy. There are also many towns in Texas such as El Paso, Chihuahua, Ciudad Juárez, etc, that practice Spanish traditions as there are people already moving there too.
