The US constitution outlines the structure of the US federal government. Eg: The set up of the three branches (executive, legislative, judicial).

The founding fathers were British loyalists since they set up British colonies. The revolutionary war start overnight. It was a long brewing tension between the colonies and the crown that led to the war. Beforehand, the colonists were proud to be British and they borrowed some ideas from the British structure of government. See choice E below.
C) True.
Philosophers such as John Locke played a role (in)directly influencing the ideas expressed in the Declaration of Independence and later on to the constitution. The US constitution wasn't drafted at the same time of the Declaration of Independence even though the two documents are highly linked together.
D) False.
It was revolutionary in the sense that it was the first of its kind to apply such ideas (which of course is very debatable), but the ideas themselves had been thought about and written before by philosophers such as Locke and others.

Parliament in England for instance is broken up into the House of Commons and the House of Lords. This is known as bicameral legislature. Bi = two and cameral = house. In the US, we have the House of Representatives and the Senate as the two legislative bodies. This is one example of many where ideas were borrowed. Reiterating what choice B mentioned, the founding fathers were British before turning American in a sense.
F) True.
As mentioned earlier, the Declaration of Independence was written before the US Constitution. The Articles of Confederation came before the Constitution. The articles were considered too weak to be upheld effectively, so they were thrown out in favor of writing a new stronger document (to allow for the federal government to be stronger; with checks and balances placed as well).
