Explanation: On July 4, 1776, people from 13 colonies (states) gathered and they said they were free and independent states, and were not a part of England anymore. This took place after the Revolutionary War. Back, then there were only 13 states.

the causes of the dust bowls were severe droughts,   lands became dry and hard, temperature was higher than usual, hot and dry conditions killed crops, high winds. because of those factors, the winds kicked up dry soil and created clouds of dust.

they both wanted to stop protestantism, they felt a call in life and it was to strengthen the church. charles used inquisition, philip used army's, charles gave control to outsiders, philip centralized all power.
