Good planning was a matter of life and death for American colonists. Follow the
steps to plan and map a colonial village that will meet the needs of 100 colonists.
You may research secondary sources such as the internet or textbooks to gather
information.

3) Add homes for colonists. If each home can hold five colonists, how many will you
need for 100 people?
