How do I report a user for not using the site correctly? And does reporting a person's comments actually do anything? I have come across a lot of people who are using this site as if it is a messaging app, and some of the people are also being very inappropriate. All I have been able to do so far is report their comments and ask them to stop/take their conversations to an actual messaging app. (I put the subject as 'History' because I don't know what else to put it under.)
