There are three branches of government: legislative, judicial and executive. Each branch is given its own independent suites within the government. The first branch to act is the legislative, declaring that a law should be made through congress; such as creating a envorionmental law on certain type of animal. The second branch is judicial, which decide how this law is going to be enacted; such as putting a ban on capturing or harming said anmial.
