It started when Michigan changed water sources from Lake Huron and the Detroit River to the cheaper Flint River as its water source.The  residents complained immediately about discolored, tainted water. children: children are our future. we learn from our elders and carry out things the same or differently learning from america's history. we continue tradition and change tradition if it is needed.
