How might the world have been different if Alexander had lived longer?

He might have conquered more land and spread Greek culture into Asia. Could have had the biggest empire the world had ever seen. If he lived longer, his next invasion plans would have been for Arabia, probably coastal regions. Assuming he's successful, he may turn back to India or west to Italy and the Balkans. He could also eventually mount campaigns into North Africa all the way to Carthage.
