The Romans have all long implemented Greek information of literature, art, architecture, or war. Therefore it can be concluded with this high use of Greek concepts, that Rome's success as an emperor is mainly due to greek and roman civilizations' impact.  

Greece affects the modern world more than just the roman empire since we have embraced the greek people extra. Besides that, Rome has adopted certain, unless not many, of all its ancient Greek ideas.
