O trabalhador percebeu que o valor da seu trabalho era medido em horas controladas pelo relógio da fábrica que, muitas vezes, era propositalmente atrasado por seu patrão para arrancar desse operário, já mal remunerado, valiosos minutos de seu tempo, o único bem daqueles que não eram os donos dos meios de produção. Uma das primeiras formas de resistência operária foi o movimento chamado ludismo. No que consistia esse movimento?
