Was the rise of fascist and totalitarian government in Europe inevitable?

Why or why not?

the communist manifesto is an 1848 political pamphlet by the german near the end of the manifesto, the authors call for a "forcible overthrow of all existing social conditions",  ..

people had jobs and began to work. that’s why the commercial revolution was great.
