The primary impact that Confucius had on the Chinese people is that he renewed the culture’s traditional values.

Confucius developed a philosophical system based on ethical and social principals, that has its bases on the ideals of traditional Chinese society. In the center of Confucianism are the social institutions such as the family and the school, and the values and norms of behavior accepted in them.
