George organized A group of environmentalist to help him pass around to talk to me for people to sign in order to put a stop to the construction of route 30. George and other environmentalist believe the construction of this route could disrupt the delicate balance of nature, thus causing a rare bird found in this area to become extinct. Once George gets enough signatures this document will be sent to the General assembly of Ohio which then will place the issue on the next election. which amendment is this ?
